All our design facilities are fully computerized: state-of-the-art workstations, PCs and sophisticated software. This enables us to develop new models at a faster, more accurate speed. Our 4,000-square-meter factory is equipped with six automated assembly lines, an engineering and design center, IC bonding machines, and plastic injection and molding equipment. We roll out 600,000 units monthly.
Following ISO 9001:2000-certified standards, we strictly implement end-to-end inspection procedures. Starting with incoming materials, we perform quality inspection at all stages of the production process prior to the delivery, including 100% checking during the production process, and random inspection of finished products.
